Current Job Positions
Assembly
In Person | Full-time | Monday-Friday | Day shift | Overtime as needed
Home Guard Industries is seeking motivated individuals to join our production team in assembly, powder coating, or painting. These positions are ideal for those with hands-on skills who enjoy working in a supportive, family-owned environment focused on building high-quality windows and doors.
Compensation:
• $17 – $19 per hour | $500 sign-on bonus after 90 days
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform assembly work using power tools and building skills
• Operate paint spray guns and finishing equipment for entry doors
• Support powder coating processes in the Security Doors Department
• Maintain equipment, ensure a safe and clean work area, and meet quality standards
• Work collaboratively with the team to meet production goals
Requirements:
• Experience with painting or assembly (1 year preferred)
• Familiarity with HVLP paint guns, pressure pots, or pneumatic paint systems a plus
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work overtime when required
• Relocation to Grabill, IN, is required before starting work
